I liked the size of my room. the breakfast buffet included fresh eggs. Those were cooked to order. i also used the underground parking. It cost fifteen pounds for twenty-four hours .

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and cute. Breakfast had a good selection of foods that met my dietary requirements..

The pool was busy, and the steam room had an unpleasant smell. The stairs to the pool area were also a tight spiral staircase and felt dangerous when wet.

My room was a Beautiful king room. the beds and linens were comfortable. It was so good. walking distance from the train station worked well, and i liked that.

the jacuzzi wasn't working. the stairs up is a very tight spiral staircase WHich are dangerous when walking up them wet from pool so it was hard.

the bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful.

Our room was supposed to be executive, but it didn't meet my expectations. It lacked hand soap for the two nights of our stay and the carpet was stained were good.. there were no bath robes, and the tea and coffee selection was poor.
